01 · Cleaning
Filtered water, controlled heat, moderate pressure — no abrasives and no chemicals on sensitive substrates. Solar arrays are cleaned without foot traffic on the panels.
02 · Inspection
High-resolution and thermal capture flown to a repeatable grid, so this year's imagery lines up with last year's. Findings are marked, located, and ranked.
03 · Surface treatment
Aerial application of protective and self-cleaning coatings, spot treatment of corrosion, and re-sealing — measured coverage, logged per elevation.
Substrate assessment, anchor points, exclusion zone, and any authorization your airspace requires.
The aircraft is secured to the structure and fed from the ground — nothing loose over people or traffic.
Distance and coverage are held to centimetre tolerance so every elevation gets the same treatment.
Before/after imagery, findings log, and recommended intervals — filed against the building, not a job ticket.

Our aircraft carry cameras so the pilot can fly precisely. During cleaning work, recording stays off — no footage is stored. When a job needs documentation or marketing capture, it is agreed with you in writing first, and any third party visible in the imagery is obscured before use.
Ground crews set the exclusion zone before every flight, and the aircraft is anchored to the structure for the duration of the work.
